TORA represents the Thompson Okanagan Rugby Union's regional high-performance program for junior athletes. TORA serves as the bridge between club and high school rugby and provincial selection, ensuring Okanagan athletes have access to competitive development opportunities without leaving their home region.
Purpose of TORA
- Identify and develop talented junior players from Okanagan clubs and schools.
- Provide high-quality coaching, training environments, and competition.
- Prepare athletes for BC Rugby's Provincial Regional Championships (PRCs).
- Act as the primary selection pool for BC Bears age-grade teams.
